About Us:

We are a well-established and respected legal practice serving North Ayrshire and beyond. With a strong reputation in family law, we are now seeking a dynamic solicitor to add to our expanding Family Law Department.


The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, child contact/residence, cohabitation disputes, financial provision, and guardianship.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex family law cases with minimal supervision
  • Represent clients in Sheriff Court and Court of Session
  • Maintain high standards of client care and legal service
  • Contribute to marketing and networking initiatives


Requirements:

  • Scottish-qualified solicitor in family law
  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Legal Aid and private client work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
